The benefits of optimized testosterone levels cannot be experienced if you do not lead a healthy life.

That’s the first thing you need to know.

TOT isn’t magic or some miracle supplement that will cure you of all of your ailments.

If you eat junk food regularly and lead a sedentary life, you shouldn’t expect to remove the damage from these things magically.

All in all, there are several substances which you should best stay clear of or minimize as much as possible for your TOT regiment to have the best effect.

Alcohol

I’m sorry to say, but alcohol, even when drank occasionally, will undoubtedly lessen the effects of TOT. It will:

  • Lead to the creation of excess body fat (especially the visceral type)
  • Have toxic effects on the testicles
  • Decrease overall testosterone levels
  • Cause unnecessary amount of stress for the liver (only due to overconsumption-often leading to fatty liver)

The popular and mainstream opinion that moderate alcohol consumption is right for you is merely just that – an opinion, and it has no basis in facts.

Some studies would say otherwise, but when you take a look at all of them, the only thing that can be said for sure is that only four ounces of red wine per day can be good for you. Yes, only four ounces.

If you want to continue drinking alcohol occasionally while undergoing TOT, we recommend that you detoxify your metabolic system with a healthy liver protectant supplement like N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC).

NAC has shown potential since it managed to treat, to an extent, liver failure caused by excessive consumption of alcohol.

High Fructose Corn Syrup and Sugar

Consumption of these also needs to be minimized because refined sugar causes a release of insulin which in turn decreases testosterone levels.

Even though there’s a lot of refined sugar in many modern foods, our bodies don’t need it.

Naturally, you still should have sugar before or after your workouts, but anything outside of that is an unnecessary and pure indulgence.

Anything with sugar should be minimized or completely avoided, especially if you’re trying to lose fat.

Soy Protein and other Soy Products

Soy protein and all of its variations are entirely counterproductive to TOT.

Soy products are part of many toxins that cause:

  • Mood swings
  • Breast enlargement
  • Higher body fat storage
  • Decreased facial and body hair growth
  • Lowered libido
  • Erectile dysfunction

In essence, we recommend that the next time you go buying groceries, you check the nutritional labels to see if soy is on the list. If it is, stop buying that product.

However, too many products have some soy bi-products in them, so it’s best to avoid as many as you can.

Whatever you buy; purchase them in smaller amounts to keep as much of the benefits of TOT as you can.

All in all, these are the three main substances (there are other, less important ones which do not need to be avoided) that you should minimize to get all those benefits of the TOT treatment.

If you want to know more about these substances and why they are bad for you, buy the TOT Bible where you will find a lot more information.
