This book is his magnum opus and will give any seeker an encyclopedic knowledge of the rise of Man.

Udo’s Oil – Add it to protein shakes and salads, 2-4 tablespoons a day
Deep Marine Fish Oil – High in Omega 3. 4-6 grams of Omega-3 minimum per day
Coconut Oil – You can cook your meals with 2-3 tablespoons
Avocado Oil – 2-4 tablespoons per day (in addition to, or instead of Coconut Oil)
Olive Oil: 2-4 tablespoons to be used on salads or with cooking

Bone Up – Contains calcium, magnesium and zinc. Take 3 capsules twice a day (6 capsules total) with meals if you’re doing intense, heavy resistance training.
Curcumin – take 900 mg, 3-5x a day (1500-2500 mg total) with food. Offers many benefits, including reducing inflammation and protecting/strengthening joints and soft tissues. The more inflamed you are (soft tissue injury), the higher the dose you should use. 6 grams per day is fine for somebody with significant injury.
