REVEALED: Jay Campbell’s Daily & Weekly Supplement Protocol For Fully Optimized Health

Does this page look a little off?

We'll fix it soon—we're working on cleaning up the content on our site to better match our new design, and this page is still on our todo list.

If you need to, you can still visit our old site.

Last week, I shared the three medications I believed to be absolutely ESSENTIAL for anybody seeking the highest levels of health.

But for many people, that wasn’t enough.

They wanted to get the deepest and most intimate details of what I’m taking right now.

High-performing people wanted the same level of information I’ve given out in books such as The TOT Bible and Living A Fully Optimized Life.

Now, I’ve previously given out snippets of what I’m taking to ensure my health stays as optimized as possible.

At times I’ve even given my recommendations for achieving specific results.

For example, Guaranteed Shredded reveals the BEST drugs and medications to use for helping people achieve the fastest, healthiest fat loss possible.

Today is going to be different.

This is an exclusive sneak peak into what yours truly takes to stay in peak performance shape, 365 days a year.

Is Jay Campbell’s Supplement Protocol Right For YOU?!

Truth be told, the supplement protocol I listed above is subject to change on the basis of my fitness goals.

Whether I’m gaining muscle, maintaining or losing body fat, I’ll remove certain supplements and/or take more of the ones already in my stack.

But at the end of the day, everybody will end up having a different supplement stack that’s most effective in optimizing their health.

Your financial situation, your current fitness levels, your goals, and your biochemical individuality will dictate what goes and stays in your supplement protocol.

Even Daniel Kelly, my best student and author of Optimized Under 35, has a supplement protocol which looks drastically different from mine.

You must DO THE WORK and self-experiment to see what works best for you.

I’ll conclude this post with a quote from my previous blog, which summarizes my stance on the use of supplements:

“Intelligent training, proper eating habits, sleeping well at night, managing stress appropriately, doing the inner work…without these lifestyle habits in check, any supplement for optimized health WILL NOT serve you.”
